Wow! I can hardly believe that our R3 blog is finally becoming a reality! It is with an overwhelming sense of amazement and gratitude that I sit down to write this blog. I consider this an incredible privilege and totally humbling that my Father in heaven would choose to use an ordinary person like me. Thank you, Lord! I am so honoured to be a part of the small team of women who have committed their time and effort towards this blog. I look forward to enjoying coffee with you ladies every day and pray that together we can inspire others. Hope all of you, our precious readers, will join us daily and I pray that God would speak to each one of us through this blog. I am hoping that this would, one day, serve to bring our next generation closer to God. That our children would learn to love God and people with a greater passion.
I am grateful to my husband; without whose support, I wouldn’t be able to contribute anything. If I ask him, he may completely deny ever reading a women’s blog, but I am sure that he is going to drop by, at least to see if I am writing about him!
A few years ago, when I was stepping out in a volunteer role, a friend of mine very wisely advised me that “It’s not how you start but how you finish that’s important.” I am mindful of these words as I enter this new season and I know I cannot finish strong without the help of the Holy Spirit. Am I being pushed out of my comfort zone? For sure, I am! I go forward on my knees when I don’t know the way ahead. Every now and then in my life, I am on my knees…until I forget…and start running ahead of God again, but He is ever merciful and ever loving to bring me back into his fold.
So, here we are, at the cusp of an adventure. I am excited about what God is going to do and I know you are too! Hope you will come back and share this journey with us and we would be an encouragement for each other.
